I wrote a proposal 2 years ago to teach voice. I found out when I volunteered for a children's club what the possible reason might be that I didn't get the grant to the submittal stage. The woman working there as an art teacher was granted $10.00 an hour only, and she has a college degree. I asked for pay that was too high for what they wanted.
Finding out why I didn't get a grant was a gift. $$ I volunteered and found out from people who did get a grant.
